This agreement is a legal contract between you and Steam VPN (the 'Service Provider') regarding the download, installation, and use of the VPN application (the 'App').

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you confirm that you have read and accepted this agreement. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, extract source code, translate, or create derivative versions of the App or related trademarks without authorization. The App and related intellectual property belong to the Service Provider. To maintain service quality, we may adjust features or fees and will notify users in a reasonable manner. You are responsible for protecting your device, account, and password. Jailbreaking, rooting, or installing untrusted software may cause service failure or security risks.

This Service may integrate necessary third-party services, such as Google Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. When using related features, you are also bound by those third-party terms.

Service limitations: the App depends on a stable Wi-Fi or mobile data connection. The Service Provider is not responsible for service failure caused by unpaid device bills, data limits, poor signal, carrier outages, or user configuration errors. Mobile data fees may apply outside Wi-Fi. Roaming charges outside your home country are your responsibility. Please make sure you have permission from the bill payer before using the App.

Users are responsible for their own usage behavior. Service interruption caused by battery loss, system settings, third-party platform restrictions, or external network failure is not covered by compensation. We work to provide accurate routing information, but some data may come from third-party partners, and we are not liable for indirect losses arising from it. The App may release updates for compatibility and security, and you agree to install current versions when necessary. The Service Provider may terminate service according to this agreement; after termination, you must stop using and delete the App.

Unauthorized Use: if accounts, license keys, or subscription benefits are shared, resold, or used without authorization, service may be restricted and refunds will not be provided.

Policy Changes: we reserve the right to update this refund policy, and changes take effect after publication on the website.
